How can I access my Email?

There are multiple ways of accessing your email. You can set up an Email Client such as Microsoft Outlook, Windows Live Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird, or you can access your Email through your website.

In this example, we will show you how to access your Email through your website.

Please Note: You MUST know your email address and password for this to work.

Step 1

In your Internet Browser, type in your web address.

For example, www.theclub.co.nz.

Step 2

Now to access your webmail, you will need to input /webmail at the end of that link. The link will then be as follows:

www.theclub.co.nz/webmail

Step 3

You may or may not (depending on which Internet Browser you are using) be prompted with a Website Security Certificate Error. Do not fear, this is nothing bad that can harm your computer.

Click on the Continue to this Website button.

Enter in your Email Address and Password and click on Login.

Step 5

Select a Webmail of your choice. We recommend Roundcube for it's easy-to-use and simplistic navigation.

You are able to access this webmail from anywhere around the world so long as you have an Internet Connection.
